Corn Chowder



1/2 Cup Coarsely Chopped onion
1/2 Cup Butter, melted
1 Can Creamed Corn
1/2 cup Half & Half
1 cup chopped Cooked Ham
salt and pepper to taste

(optional.. boil until fork tender 2 potatoes then dice)

Saute onion in melted butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat until heated through... Do Not Boil.
