1 1/2 cups grated jack cheese
1 cup grated mild cheddar cheese
1 4 ounce can green chiles
1 cup Half & Half
3 eggs slightly beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cumin
One 9" pie crust partially baked
Spread jack cheese and half of cheddar cheese evenly over bottom of the partially baked pie crust.
Spread diced chilis over cheese.
Combine Half & Half, eggs, salt and cumin... mix thoroughly then pour over cheese and chili's. Top with remaining chedar cheese.
Bake in 325 oven for 40 minutes.
